The essential
— The Sainte-Agathe church
The current church, found on the village square, is dedicated to Saint Agatha, a virgin martyred in Catania around 250 AD. It was built in the 18th century, with the transept arms added a century later in 1860. The nave and choir are made of small, well-dressed white stones, while the base is of reddish stone and flint. The floor, very old, consists of beautiful dark red stones. The furnishings inside the building vary in style. The stalls and woodwork are in the neo-Gothic style, with the prie-dieus of the stalls adorned in flamboyant décor. The main altar, the altars, and side altars form a neo-classical ensemble. They were created in the 19th century in the Restoration style prevalent at the time of the reopening of worship.
