Underneath a canopy of lime trees lies a 19th-century artificial cave. Following a descent down a few steps facing the equestrian statue of Saint Martin, one encounters the water from this sheltered spring, adorned with various baby garments (socks, booties, handkerchiefs, ribbons, shoes, etc.).

It is said that the miraculous water from this spring heals young children. Infants experiencing difficulty walking were brought here, and their feet were dipped in the cool water of the spring. Many have been cured, as evidenced by the numerous signs of gratitude.
