Network Media Libraries
The territory of the Pays d’Opale community of municipalities has seven municipal libraries and media libraries located in Alembon, Andres (soon to reopen), Bouquehault, Fiennes, Guines, Licques, and Nielles-lès-Ardres. Often worn by volunteers, they provide a local and quality service in the municipalities.

More than 50,000 documents are available, you will find novels, comics, DVDs, CDs, magazines, etc. for all tastes and all ages. In some media libraries, computers, tablets, e-readers, board games and even video games are available.
Registration details
How to register for the public reading network?
Prices and registrations: For residents of the CCPO, registration is FREE. For those outside the territory, the annual contribution is 20 euros for an adult card and 10 euros for those under 18.
Membership allows you to borrow 12 documents (maximum 2 DVDs and 3 CDs) for a loan period of 3 weeks. It is possible to extend an additional week.
Documents required for registration: To register, you must provide proof of address and identification.
