The Fabrique Défi
For individuals aged 16 to 25 seeking training, employment, or housing in the Pays d’Opale:
Through its welcoming, informative, and supportive initiatives, the Fabrique Défi (formerly Mission Locale) provides young people aged 16 to 25 with assistance in crafting their paths and addresses their queries regarding employment, education, housing, health, and mobility. With regular sessions held within the Pays d’Opale Community, the Fabrique Défi ensures a genuine local service, contributing to the social and professional integration of young individuals.
Who can benefit from it?
- Young people aged 16 to 25 (subject to income conditions).
- Motivated youth who are neither in education, training, nor employment.
Where does it take place?
The workshops take place in the facilities provided by the Pays d’Opale Community of Communes, either in Guînes or in Ardres, depending on the groups.
How does it work?
The support lasts for 12 months and unfolds in two phases:
- Collective workshops: company visits, mock interviews, development of the professional project.
- Practical experience periods in a professional environment to enhance the CV and develop skills.
What financial assistance is available for recipients?
A monthly allowance of €497.01 subject to conditions.
