The Digital Advisor at France Services Opal Coast is a trained professional dedicated to assisting residents in the region to become more independent in their everyday use of digital technologies.
The advisor aims to make the daily use of digital tools more accessible and promote a citizen and critical approach. The goal, through collective workshops or individual support, is:
Supporting with online administrative procedures
Promoting social and professional integration, facilitating the return to employment for vulnerable populations
Assisting various businesses in the region with adopting new digital communication tools
Guiding individuals of all backgrounds in mastering digital tools, the internet, and social networks, providing advanced training
Raising awareness among the public about digital usage, the risks of the internet, and social networks

How does it works?
Meet the advisor at La Minoterie. A questionnaire will be provided to understand your computer-related needs and expectations.
Personalized follow-up is arranged in group or individual sessions. Dates are scheduled based on participants’ availability.
Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM at 07 61 23 76 22.
